Magazine Design
Worldcrunch Magazine
While in Paris, France, interning with Worldcrunch, an international news website, I created an original magazine design template as the company launched its weekly digital news magazine Worldcrunch Magazine, currently published on PressReader. I worked with the founders of the website to create a simple, bold design that could be designed quickly to meet their production timeline needs. I've occasionally freelance designed the magazine for weekly production remotely.

Byline Magazine
Byline is a capstone project for the School of Journalism at University of Montana. The magazine focuses on a new theme each issue and all content is created and published by undergraduate students.
As Art Director for The Healers Issue, the 2nd edition of Byline, I lead a team of 5 print designers to create page layouts and original graphics and illustrations, occasionally stepping in to coach and help redesign selected spreads. I designed the cover, introduction pages, table of contents and the feature story, Welcoming Them Home.
I also created an original style guide, managed a "break of the book" and kept up a working relationship with our printer.
